Payment Policy
- A $50 reservation deposit is required two weeks prior to the event date.
- Full payment (minus deposit) is required 7 days prior to the event date. If full payment is not received 7 days prior to the event your reservation will be canceled (reservation deposits are non-refundable).
Refund/Cancellation Policy
- Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
- If you cancel 4 days before your scheduled event or earlier you will be refunded the full amount (minus deposit).
- If you cancel less than 3 days before your scheduled event, you will be refunded %50 of full amount (minus deposit).
- In the event of extreme weather (rain, thunder, winds over 15mph), you will be refunded the full amount (minus deposit) as long as you call us 4 hours before the party.
- If a party is cancelled due to extreme weather after setup, we can appreciate the situation and give discounts on partial parties.
Privacy Policy
Mobil Mayhem is committed to protecting your privacy, we will use the information that is collected for reservation purposes ONLY. Mobil Mayem will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.Playing Area
You are required to provide a relatively flat, safe area for the Mobile Mayhem arena to be setup; parking withing 100ft of setup area is required. Please remove any dangerous obstacles from the playing area prior to setup. If the location is deemed unsafe for the customers, players or other guests at time of arrival, Mobil Mayhem will request an alternative location be provided close by. If an agreeable alternative location cannot be found, we will cancel the event with $50 fee.Waiver
All participants in our Laser Tag parties need a signed waiver (release of liability) form prior to participating, minors need the waiver to be signed by a parent or guardian.Parental Supervision
Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present.Alcohol//Drug Use
Mobel Mayhem is focused on providing a family friendly environment. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or shut-down an event when the consumption of alcohol creates a disturbance. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around Mobel Mayhem’s equipment. Any observed use of illegal drugs/narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the event immediately and Law Enforcement being contacted. No refund will be issued.Damage//Injury
Mobel Mayhem or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property. Additionally, Mobel Mayhem reserves the right to charge the client for damages to equipment resulting from careless or willful damage. Mobel Mayhem or any of its employees will not assume responsibility for any injuries sustained on the customers’ property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the customer.Pictures//Video
Mobel Mayhem reserves the right to take pictures and video of your event. If you do not want pictures or video taken, please ensure Mobel Mayhem employees are made aware when they arrive to setup.Booking an event with Mobel Mayhem constitutes your agreement with these policies.
